It’s been a season of rebuilding for Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Hotspur, but there have been definite highlights with breakthrough performances from the likes of Harry Kane, Ryan Mason and Nabil Bentaleb, which should give fans of the North London club reason to be excited about the forthcoming campaign.
Matching the enthusiasm of a team taking shape, Under Armour have today unveiled the club’s home kit for the 2015/16 campaign. The kits, which are to be worn for the first time in tomorrow’s final home fixture of the season against Hull City features a six-stripe diagonal sash inspired by the design of the emblem, which is positioned below the golden cockerel that sits atop both of the West and East stands at White Hart Lane. Offset with a navy blue trim around the collar and cuffs, the shirt boasts a classic v-neck, with navy stripes detailing the back neck tape.
Unveiled on the back of England striker and top English goalscorer Harry Kane, the Under Armour designed kit is made of the brand’s HeatGear material, weighs just 107 grams and contains the brand’s quick-drying technology alongside their signature Moisture Transport system which wicks moisture away from the body ensuring that players always stay dry.
